1. Is your size chart standard international size?  

There is no standard international size. Every store or band has different standards for sizing. Please don’t rely on the size you usually take but only choose the size based on our eDressit measurements, thanks!

2. Is it possible to custom made the dress if I can't find the right size from the size chart?  

eDressit.com is available for custom-made a dress if you don't find the right size from our size chart, which only costs extra 30EUR. but it will take about 5-15 workdays for making, so please place your order ahead of several days for security. Thanks.

3. Is there extra money for large measurements?  

If your bust measurement is larger than 120cm/47inches, we need to charge extra money, please email us if it is needed.

4. How to measure for women and men?

5. Does your size go smaller or bigger?  

We have our own size chart, which differs from your usual size, so please check the bust, waist and hip measurement carefully. Thank you.

6. Is it possible to change the size for the dress before delivery?  

If you ordered the dress in eDressit.com standard size and color and we haven't shipped it yet, then we could change the dress size for you, for any custom-made or change color dress, if we have processed to produce for you, then we can not change it for you, thanks!

7. Can you make the dress according to pictures or sketches?  

We have our own factory and have excellent designers and workers, we can make the dress according to your pictures or designs, so please email us first for inquiry: orders@edressit.com

8. How to pay for my order?  

eDressit.com makes paying for your orders easy by providing a range of convenient payment options, such as PayPal, Credit Card, Bank transfer, Western Union.

9. Why the payment status of my order is still unpaid after I paid by PayPal?  

The payment by PayPal can be accounted immediately, but it will take 12-24 hours for us changing the payment status of your order manually, so please check the status of your order after 24 hours when you have paid by PayPal.

10. What should I do after I paid with Western Union?  

When you have transferred the money by western union, please do tell us your information by email, it is very important and necessary.

11. Why the payment status of my order is unpaid since I have paid by Bank Transfer?  

Usually it only takes 2-5 workdays for us receiving the payment by Bank Transfer. It is better that you can email us, providing the copy of the payment if your order is still unpaid, our customer service staff will check it carefully.

12. Should the buyer pay the handling fee for bank transfer or western union?  

eDressit.com wants to remind all customers they are responsible for any local handling fees and Intermediary bank handling fees. Therefore, customers should confirm total payment amounts with their local bank.

13. Can you ship to worldwide?  

eDressit.com has partnered with DHL, FedEx and EMS and can offer a worldwide shipping.

14. How long is the shipping time?  

The shipping time depends on which shipping method you choose and your local customs clearance. Usually it takes only 3-5 workdays for expedited shipping and 7-10 workdays for standard shipping if there is no delay on customs clearance.

15. Can I only pay one shipping fee if my 3 dresses are shipped in one package?  

Shipping costs depend on the number of items and the weight of your order. If you order more than one item, we can combine shipping for you, and each additional one adds 15EUR. If you buy more, there would be more discounts. For more detailed information, please check Shipping Instruction.

16. Is there any additional customs fee?  

eDressit.com has no control on the customs. And usually there are no import duties, taxes or customs for the goods to most destinations. If by some case, you are subject to customs or import duties on delivery, you are responsible for paying them to receive your package. eDressit.com is not responsible for the delay of shipping caused by the customs clearance.

17. Why my order status is still unshipped after I've already paid?  

Please first check if your dress is standard size or color? For color changed or custom-made dresses, it usually takes 5-15 workdays for making. Besides, in the prom season, we need to handle hundreds of orders every day, and our stock would change minute by minute, so some of the items may be just sold out and we are just processing to produce your order which takes some days, so if you have any urgent order, please contact our Customer Service at orders@edressit.com

18. What should I do if I want to return an item?  

Please email us first if you want to return an item, our customer service staff will give you a reply within 24 hours. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.

19. Is it possible to return the item if I have already received it nearly one month?  

eDressit.com only accepts the buyer returns the item within 14 days after receiving the order.

20. In what conditions can I return the item?  

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags. Worn, Altered, Washed, Damaged, Color-changed or Custom-made products can not be returned. Return Policy.

21. Should I pay for the shipping to return an item for exchange?  

Yes. The buyer should pay to ship the item back and also the reshipping fee for a new item.

22. Is there a restocking fee if I return for exchange?  

Normally there is no restocking fee if you return for exchange. But eDressit.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.

23. Can I get a full refund if I return the dress?  

No. Usually we will refund you the item price after we receive the returned item. If you used coupon or points, the corresponding value would be deducted in the case of refunds and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
