If your package lost, we guarantee do 100% refund or resend for you.
We have two delivery ways for you to choose, Worldwide Express Mail Service (EMS) and Express DHL. The shipping fee for EMS is 20 Euro for each and DHL is 28 Euro. It will arrive in 7-10 working days by EMS and only 3-7 working days by DHL.
By the way, if you order a dress in other color or custom-made, it will need 7-15 workdays for making. Please consider the dressmaking time and place your order ahead of several days if you need the dress in a hurry. Thanks!
Return and Exchange
Return and change is available now. Buyer need to take care return shipping fee. Also we will charge a restocking fee. And please contact us first when you want to return or change. All purchases must be returned or changed within 7 days of the receipt of purchase with valid proof of purchase and all tags attached.Your refund will take 7-10 business days.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION : Worn ,Altered, Colour changed or Custom-made garments may not be returned or changed for refund.
Sizes
When purchasing clothing please go by the measurements, not the size tag, as every designer has different standards for sizing. It must be your responsibility to know what works for you. I'm not responsible for any clothing that does not fit perfectly. When purchasing clothing on the Internet (as in any other place) expect to have it altered to insure a "perfect fit". Don't be shy to ask for measurements, I would be happy to help. So please, email me first before you buy.
Color Change and Custom Made
Service for color change and custom made is available.You can choose the color from our color chart if you like. You just need pay 20 Euro more. If there is no your size in our size chart , you can choose to custom made ,and it just also need 20 Euro more .You just need fill the following form.

How to Measure Yourself
Chest/bust: Measure under arm around the fullest part of your chest
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline; keep your measuring tape comfortably loose
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, 8" below your waist (petite sizes, 7" below waist.)
Dress Length: Measure from side neck to the bottom of the dress across the breast
Actual Height: Measure from the head top to the feet bottom without shoes
