Nice soft fabric and cute overall

The skirt is very pretty and the fabric is nice to the touch. I ordered another brand at first but when it came it was very "plasticy" and itchy to the touch. This one is soft and holds it shape pretty well, nicely packaged and comes with pretty bows, though my daughter did not care for them...
