Return for an exchange or a refund is available on eDressit.com. Please contact us first when you want to return and explain the reason. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org. All items must be returned within 14 days after receipt. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: Worn, Altered, Washed, Damaged, Color-changed or Custom-made products can not be returned.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Buyers need to pay to ship the item back and eDressit.com will refund the item price but reserve the right to charge a handling fee.
Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, or color/style/size error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received.
As all of our dresses and clothing are hand-sewn, the finished product may vary by approximately 1 or 2cm in the specified measurements.
The settings of your computer screen may cause the difference on the color shown on eDressit.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen doesn't mean that the item is defective or miss-shipped.
If you used coupon or points in the order of returned items, the corresponding value of coupon or points would be deducted in the case of refunds.
