1. Are your sizes the same as standard international sizes?
There is no standard international size. Every store or brand has different standards for sizing. Please don't rely on the size you usually use but only choose the size based on our eDressit measurements, thanks!
2. Is it possible to have the dress custom-made if I can't find the right size from the size chart?
eDressit.com can produce a custom-made dress if you don't find the right size from our size chart, and the custom-made extra fee is the same as the original item price. However it will take about 10-20 workdays to make, so please place your order several days in advance to be sure. Thanks.

4. Do you cater for larger and petite sizes?
We have our own size chart, showing different sizes, so please check the bust, waist and hip measurements carefully. Thank you.
5. Is it possible to change the dress size before delivery?
If you ordered a standard size and colour dress from eDressit.com colour and we haven't shipped it yet, then we can change the dress size for you; for any custom-made or different colour dress, if we have already processed the order to produce it for you,we can not then change it for you, thanks!
6. Can you make the dress from pictures or sketches?
We have our own factory with excellent designers and workers, so we can make your dress from your pictures or designs, please make an enquiry first by email to: orders@edressit.com

8. Why does the payment status of my order show as still unpaid after I have paid by PayPal?
Payment by PayPal is registered immediately, but it will take 12-24 hours for us to change the payment status of your order manually, so please check the status of your order 24 hours after you have paid by PayPal.
9. What should I do after I have paid by Western Union?
When you have transferred the money by Western Union, please inform us by email, this is both very important and necessary. Provide the following details:

10. Why is the status of my order still showing as unpaid after I have paid by Bank Transfer?
Usually it only takes 2-5 workdays for us to receive the payment by Bank Transfer. It is best that you email us, providing a copy of the payment if your order is still unpaid, and our customer service staff will check it carefully.
11. Does the buyer pay for the handling fee when using bank transfer or Western Union?
eDressit.com reminds all customers that they are responsible for any local handling fees and intermediary bank handling fees. So customers should confirm total payment amounts with their local bank.
12. Can you ship anywhere worldwide?
eDressit.com has partnered with DHL, FedEx and EMS and can offer a worldwide shipping service.
13. How long is the shipping time?
When the item is available in stock ,the shipping time depends on which shipping method you choose and your local customs clearance. Usually it takes only 3-7 workdays for expedited shipping, and 7-10 workdays for standard shipping, if there is no delay with customs clearance. Your order may ship in several parcels. When your dress is out of stock , but you want to receive it urgently, then you can contact us to pay extra priority fee, so we can arrange your order in the first place.
14. Do I only pay one shipping fee if my 3 dresses are shipped in one package?
Shipping costs depend on the number of items and the weight of your order. If you order more than one item, we can combine shipping for you, and each additional item adds 15EUR. If you buy more, there will be more discounts. For more detailed information, please check Shipping Instruction.
15. Will there be any additional customs fee?
eDressit.com has no control over customs charges. Usually there are no import duties, taxes or customs fees for goods to most destinations. If in your case, you are subject to customs or import duties on delivery, you are responsible for paying them to receive your package. eDressit.com is not responsible for any delay to shipping caused by customs clearance.
16. Why is my order status still showing as unshipped after I've already paid?
Please first check if your dress is standard size or colourcolour; for dresses that colourhave different colours or are custom-made, they usually take 5-15 workdays to be made. Also be aware that in the prom season, we need to handle hundreds of orders every day, and our stock can change minute by minute, so some items may be sold out and so your order could take several days to process , so in these circumstances if you have an urgent order, please contact our Customer Service at orders@edressit.com
17. What do I need to do if I want to return an item?
Please email us first if you want to return an item, our customer service staff will give you a reply within 24 hours. Returning packages without prior agreement from our Customer Service will halt or delay your return.
18. Is it possible to return an item if it is over a month since I received it?
eDressit.com only accepts a returned item from the buyer within 14 days of receiving an order.
19. In what condition can I return an item?
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with the original tags. Worn, Altered, Washed, Damaged, Colour-changed or Custom-made products can not be returned. Return Policy.
20. Do I need to pay for the shipping when returning an item for exchange?
Yes. The buyer needs to pay to ship the item back and also the reshipping fee for a new item.
21. Is there a restocking fee if I return an item for exchange?
Normally there is no restocking fee if you return an item to exchange it. But eDressit.com does reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
22. Can I get a full refund if I return a dress?
Usually we will refund you the item price after we receive the returned item. If you have used a coupon or points, the corresponding value would be deducted in the case of refunds and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
23. How long normally you can get our reply on weekend ?
Normally you can get our reply in 24 hours on weekend . Thanks for your understanding !
